There are 17 villages in the sub district, among them Tadepalle is the most populous village with population of about 11 thousand and Arulla is the least populous village with population of 970. Tadepalle is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 23 km2 and Nawabpalem is the smallest with 3 km2.
