Khammam (Urban) Mandal, with population of about 3.1 lakh is Khammam district's the most populous sub district, located in Khammam district of the state Telangana in India. There are 12 villages in the sub district, among them Erlapudi is the most populous village with population of about 12 thousand and Regula Chalka is the least populous village with population of 1243. Erlapudi is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 58 km2 and Regula Chalka is the smallest with 5 km2.

There are 4 cities in the sub district which comes under the sub district administration, those are - Khammam Municipality and Out Growth; Khammam Municipality; Khanapuram Haveli and Ballepalle Census Towns.

The sub district is home to about 3.1 lakh people, among them about 1.6 lakh (50%) are male and about 1.6 lakh (50%) are female. 79% of the whole population are from general caste, 11% are from schedule caste and 10% are schedule tribes.
