Rangli Rangliot Community Development Block, with population of about 70 thousand is Darjiling district's the 4th least populous sub district, located in Darjiling district of the state West Bengal in India. There are 29 villages in the sub district, among them Mangpu Cinchona Plantation is the most populous village with population of about 14 thousand and Teesta Valley Forest is the least populous village with population of 179.
