Nagaur District, with population of about 33.1 lakh is Rajasthan's the 4th most populous district, located in the state Rajasthan in India. Total geographical area of Nagaur district is about 18 thousand km2 and it is the 5th biggest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 187 persons per km2. There are 10 sub districts in the district, among them Nagaur is the most populous sub district with population of about 5.2 lakh and Kheenvsar is the least populous sub district with population of about 1.9 lakh.

There are 13 cities in the district which comes under the district administration, those are - Nagaur, Makrana and Didwana Municipality and Out Growths Nagaur, Makrana, Ladnu, Kuchaman City and Didwana Municipalities (limited to 5 most populous).
