There are 20 villages in the sub district, among them Theethipalayam is the most populous village with population of 8629 and Boluvampatti(R.F) is the least populous village with population of 224. Boluvampatti(R.F) is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 32 km2 and Thambagoundenpalayam is the smallest with 3 km2.
