There are 16 villages in the sub district, among them Kadiri (R) is the most populous village with population of 8667 and Alampur is the least populous village with population of 214. Kadiri (R) is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 42 km2 and Chippalamadugu is the smallest with 2 km2.

There is only one city in the sub district that comes under the sub district administration which is Kadiri Municipality.
