There are 16 villages in the sub district, among them Lankalakoderu is the most populous village with population of 6759 and Chandaparru is the least populous village with population of 809. Lankalakoderu is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 11 km2 and Palamuru is the smallest with 1 km2.
