Eluru Mandal, with population of about 3.2 lakh is West Godavari district's the most populous sub district, located in West Godavari district of the state Andhra Pradesh in India. There are 17 villages in the sub district, among them Eluru (R) is the most populous village with population of about 22 thousand and Kokkirailanka is the least populous village with population of 505. Eluru (R) is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 30 km2 and Katlampudi is the smallest with 2 km2.

There are 6 cities in the sub district which comes under the sub district administration, those are - Eluru Municipal Corporation and Out Growth; Eluru Municipal Corporation; Gavaravaram, Tangellamudi, Sanivarapupeta and Satrampadu Census Towns.
