There are 20 villages in the sub district, among them Peddagudem is the most populous village with population of 5210 and Anjangiri is the least populous village with population of 656. Peddagudem is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 26 km2 and Venkatapur is the smallest with 2 km2.
