There are 148 villages in the sub district, among them Mana is the most populous village with population of 9216 and Rasulapur is the least populous village with population of 2. Sirso is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 25 km2 and Sultanpur is the smallest with 1 km2.

There is only one city in the sub district that comes under the sub district administration which is Murtijapur Municipal Council.
