Pardi Taluka, with population of about 5.2 lakh is Valsad district's the most populous sub district, located in Valsad district of the state Gujarat in India. There are 70 villages in the sub district, among them Umarsadi is the most populous village with population of about 16 thousand and Lakhmapor is the least populous village with population of 432. Umarsadi is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 20 km2 and Bagwada is the smallest with 0 km2.

There are 10 cities in the sub district which comes under the sub district administration, those are - Vapi and Pardi Municipalities; Vapi Industrial Notified Area; Chhiri, Chanod, Balitha, Lavachha and Karvad Census Towns (limited to 5 most populous).
