Unjha Taluka, with population of about 1.8 lakh is Mahesana district's the 5th least populous sub district, located in Mahesana district of the state Gujarat in India. There are 31 villages in the sub district, among them Unava is the most populous village with population of about 13 thousand and Lindi is the least populous village with population of 305. Upera is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 23 km2 and Lindi is the smallest with 1 km2.

There is only one city in the sub district that comes under the sub district administration which is Unjha Municipality.
