Anjar Taluka, with population of about 2.4 lakh is Kachchh district's the 3rd most populous sub district, located in Kachchh district of the state Gujarat in India. There are 66 villages in the sub district, among them Meghpar (Borichi) is the most populous village with population of about 13 thousand and Lohariya Nana is the least populous village with population of 1. Tapar is the biggest village in the sub district with an area of 54 km2 and Maringana is the smallest with 2 km2.

There is only one city in the sub district that comes under the sub district administration which is Anjar Municipality.
