Kamareddy District, with population of about 9.2 lakh is Telangana's the 13th most populous district, located in the state Telangana in India. There are 16 sub districts in the district, among them Kamareddy is the most populous sub district with population of about 1.3 lakh and Nagareddipet is the least populous sub district with population of about 35 thousand.
There is only one city in the district that comes under the district administration which is Kamareddy Municipality.
