Dohad District, with population of about 21.3 lakh is Gujarat's the 12th most populous district, located in the state Gujarat in India. Total geographical area of Dohad district is 3642 km2 and it is the 9th smallest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 584 persons per km2. There are 7 sub districts in the district, among them Dohad is the most populous sub district with population of about 4.8 lakh and Dhanpur is the least populous sub district with population of about 1.8 lakh.
