Betul District, with population of about 15.8 lakh is Madhya Pradesh's the 17th most populous district, located in the state Madhya Pradesh in India. Total geographical area of Betul district is about 10 thousand km2 and it is the 4th biggest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 157 persons per km2. There are 8 sub districts in the district, among them Bhainsdehi is the most populous sub district with population of about 2.9 lakh and Chicholi is the least populous sub district with population of about 87 thousand.
