Nawada District, with population of about 22.2 lakh is Bihar's the 15th least populous district, located in the state Bihar in India. Total geographical area of Nawada district is 2494 km2 and it is the 18th biggest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 890 persons per km2. There are 14 sub districts in the district, among them Nawada is the most populous sub district with population of about 3.2 lakh and Kashi Chak is the least populous sub district with population of about 72 thousand.
