Udaipur District, with population of about 30.7 lakh is Rajasthan's the 5th most populous district, located in the state Rajasthan in India. Total geographical area of Udaipur district is about 12 thousand km2 and it is the 8th biggest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 262 persons per km2. There are 11 sub districts in the district, among them Girwa is the most populous sub district with population of about 9 lakh and Lasadiya is the least populous sub district with population of about 91 thousand.
