Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, with population of about 11.2 lakh is Thane sub district's the 2nd least populous municipal corporation located in Thane sub district of Thane district in the state Maharashtra in India. Total geographical area of Navi Mumbai municipal corporation is 109 km2 and it is the 2nd smallest city by area in the sub district. Population density of the city is 10311 persons per km2.
